Prana Yoga is a yogic practice that balances the body, mind and spirit. This practice enables us to achieve peace , health and happiness in our life. The human body is surrounded by an energy field called aura which contain chakras (energy centers) that ensures smooth flow of prana (vital energy) through our body. These 'chakras' provides our organs and vital system with enough life force to function properly.
Any disturbance / malfunction in the working of these chakras will block the flow of prana to the organs and cause diseases. The diseased organ can be revitalized by regulating the functioning of chakras which are the techniques used by our healers. By balancing the chakras through proven techniques of pranayoga the cellular repairs will be speeded up and the organs get harmonized. In prana yoga, the patient is asked to recline / lay down comfortably while the healer repairs the chakras (without touching the body ) with certain healing techniques.
